TITLE: Pearl's Phone Sign
DESCRIPTION: When I was a kid, I escaped a less-than-perfect home life by visiting my grandma's apartment -- and one of the best things about her place was that it was in the same block as the local movie theater: the Midland, where films swept me even futher away. Years later, I returned there to do a photo shoot in connection with rennovations of the historical building. (This was taken in the lobby.) I'm working on a new gallery of images from that shoot, and will post them here.
